Thank you for sharing your trip to Scotia Canyon . I’ve never seen a Trogon. Such a self sacrificing trip. Did she know you had ulterior motives? Wait, I can answer that question.

I agree , the Buff -breasted flycatcher is

a stunner . Up close and personal.

I love it there! You get two-for-one by hiking a short distance on the Arizona Trail south to Sunnyside Canyon, which is just as gorgeous and full of birds! I saw trogons in both canyons on Wednesday.
