Well! I had heard leeches were still being used for certain situations. Glad it was successful. I had no idea you could just order them like that! Love the special touch on the tee shirt! <3
Thanks Kathleen--I'll tell Sofia when I see her today... The bird is an Orange-billed Nightingale-Thrush that showed up in my yard on June 15 last summer for three minutes. First record of the bird in Arizona (I got lots of photos.) People came to see it, but it never returned. They are more common in Mexico but have only been seen in the US four times. You can read more about it in my article in Arizona Birds.
"I ordered leeches as a birthday present for the wife" that is a prize-winning first line of a novel, if ever I've encountered one! You could take this story and make a whole world around it :)
Leeches---why am I not surprised! Great shirt too.
Because you know me too well....

To be known for your poop, now there's an aspiration. The shirt is fantastic 😊
Wow your granddaughter is so talented at 7 years you are a lucky granddad 😊
I love the bird on your post any info on it? As for the leeches the thought of one even getting on me is way way too gross for me!!
Thanks for the posting it was really great

Especially if I add maggots as wound care! Thanks so much for the idea--and for reading...
The shirt is awesome! I kind of wish I hadn’t opened this to read while eating dinner so I’ll side step the leeches.
Thanks Karen! Yeah, my daughters were like, You need to include a "trigger warning!" Smart girls...
